I opened up an eBay message on my phone this morning and was pleased to find that we have NINE days worth of free listings!!
From October 18th until midnight on the 26th October 2015.
Ebay are giving us 100 listings to use over the next week and a bit and that’s not all, they’re giving us final value fee discounts too!
It seems to depend who you are as to what final value fee discounts you will get. Over my threw accounts I have two 50% discounts and one 75% discount.
The account which I received the 75% discount was the most active of my accounts in the last few weeks and I speculate this may be the reason for the enhanced offer.
You should log in to check which offer you got and don’t forget that you need to accept the offer in order to take advantage of it.
Terms and conditions can be found here, although they are specific to the 75% offer.
What will you list in the next nine days?
From today, that’s the 10th October 2015 for anyone reading in the future, until midnight on the 15th October 2015 you have 40 free ebay listings to use.
But there’s a kicker, you also get 50% off the final value fees of those 40 items!
So instead of just relisting everything that didn’t sell last month, have a think on what might sell for the most and list those things first.
As you’re getting a 50% discount on FVF fees which are of course dependent on the final sale price it makes sense to try and maximise the discount.
Terms and conditions can be found here.
Just a quick post today as I’m finding I have less and less time to post at the moment but there is currently an eBay promotion running until the 5th October.
I believe everyone who’s account is in good standing is eligible and you can find out if you have the offer by looking at my article here.
Terms and conditions can be found here and you need to opt in to take advantage.
Starting NOW you have until midnight on 31st August 2015 to get listing. Ebay new promotion which seems to have gone to everyone is centred around the end of the summer. As if we need reminding ebay!
They have even brought out a new set of graphics featuring deck chairs with Union Jack cushions on to illustrate this.
It’s an extended promotion meaning you have six whole days to take action. I personally would recommend either starting your auctions on Thursday or a Friday at 3 day auctions to take advantage of them ending on either Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday evenings. Or if you want two weekends of eyeballs on your listings then start on Thursday and use 10 day auctions!
There are the usual terms and conditions and you have to opt in to receive the listings.
It will likely be that after this that ebay will revert back to their usual biweekly promotional schedule meaning that your next chance for free listings will not be until 13th September 2015.
So the choice is yours enjoy the last remaining days of the school holidays in the sunshine or do some listing! Of course the weather could always make that decision for us!
Accept the offer and get 100 free listings at eBay.co.uk but only if you have the invite!
Two of my accounts have the offer and one does not. I don’t think it’s an accident that the account that has not received an invite is the one that got the promotion last week.
As always there are terms and conditions.
I received an email this morning inviting me to take advantage of 100 free eBay listings this morning. Only on one of my eBay accounts however.
This means I’ve had some kind of offer on at least one of my accounts for the last month. I think eBay are shaking up their free listings promotions as there isn’t as far as I can see any pattern to which of my accounts receive the promotion.
They’re also getting lazy as they’re using the same graphics for each one.
It’s opt in so you need to accept the offer and its for both auction and buy it now style listings.
You can check out the terms and conditions or learn how to check if you have the offer.
I think this offer is invite only as it had only landed on one of my accounts, but its definitely worth checking to see if you have an offer sat in your inbox.
This offer for 100 free auction style or fixed price with best offer began on 4th August but I have only just on the 6th seen it pop into my eBay messages and I didn’t get an email at all!
It’s opt in so don’t forget to accept and it runs until midnight on Monday 10th August.
I plan on starting as many 10 day auctions as possible today (Thursday) and then stacking up some drafts in my eBay app to set live on Sunday for 7 day auctions, that way everything will end on Sunday 16th August.
Happy listing and if you didn’t get an invite, don’t worry, the weekend is just around the corner and there may well be more promotions to come!
Bucking the recent trend of a free listings promotion every other week eBay has another 100 free listings from now until midnight 4th August 2015.
Terms and conditions can be found here.
It’s an opt in offer so you need to accept before listing or you’ll eat into your free monthly listings.
Sorry for the short post today!
Sorry to be a little bit late with this news, I know quite a few people who read this blog and follow me on Twitter use it as their primary source of free listing info! I’ve been at a wedding this week and haven’t had chance to post.
So as you may or may not already be aware we are in the middle of a 6 day free eBay listings promotion! Listings began on 22nd July and run through until midnight on the 27th.
As usual you need to opt in to accept the free listings, otherwise anything you list will come out of your monthly allowance or you’ll be charged for it.
You may list either auction style or fixed price with best offer. Regular fixed price listings will be charged in the normal way. Full terms and conditions can be found here.
6 day promotion
I’m not sure why this particular promotion is 6 days long but had I not been away I would have certainly taken advantage of that and listed some 10 day auctions beginning on Thursday to end the following Sunday. Giving two weekends of exposure.
It’s late on Saturday but you have all of Sunday and Monday to take advantage of the promotion.
Just a quick post, from now until midnight on the 14th July you have 100 free listings at either auction style or fixed price.
You need to opt in to take advantage as usual. Dont do what I did 2 weeks ago and list 20 things and wonder why you had to pay for the rest! I forgot to opt in!
Check your email, eBay messages or log in and look for the prompt and if you still can’t find the offer, check the post I did on how to accept eBay free listings for instructions.
Terms and conditions exist as always.
